Convenient Booking

  • No deposit required.
  • Full payment required 14 days in advance of scheduled tour.
  • Payment can be made via business check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express).
  • We offer one complimentary ticket for every 10 paying visitors and one complimentary ticket for the driver.

Unloading & Parking

Tours

The David Wills House museum can accommodate up to 70 visitors at one time. For parties of 20 or more, please plan to divide into two groups; the first half will start on the first floor, while the other half will begin on the second floor. Tours are self guided and take approximately 30-45 minutes; however, your group is welcome to spend as much time as needed. Museum highlights include the original bedroom furnishings used by President Lincoln during his 1863 visit, two 15-minute informational films and personal photographs and artifacts of the Wills family.

Teachers: Please note we require one chaperone for every 7 students. Chaperones must stay with students at all times to ensure that they practice good museum etiquette.
