Unloading & Parking Buses may unload passengers at the traffic circle (square side) in front of the David Wills House. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour to allow for traffic and disembarking. If your group is running more than 20 minutes late, please call 717-334-2436 to retain your visit/reservation. Tours The David Wills House museum can accommodate up to 70 visitors at one time. For parties of 20 or more, please plan to divide into two groups; the first half will start on the first floor, while the other half will begin on the second floor. Tours are self guided and take approximately 30-45 minutes; however, your group is welcome to spend as much time as needed. Museum highlights include the original bedroom furnishings used by President Lincoln during his 1863 visit, two 15-minute informational films and personal photographs and artifacts of the Wills family. Teachers: Please note we require one chaperone for every 7 students. Chaperones must stay with students at all times to ensure that they practice good museum etiquette.
